Great Job to K9 Max and his partner from the Euclid Police Department. The team responded to a call of an Aggravated Robbery and gave chase of two suspects upon arresting the suspects officers were unable to locate the firearm. K9 Max was deployed on an Article / Evidence Search and located a hidden loaded Smith and Wesson 40 Caliber Handgun. Great Job keeping us safe!!!! March 2011
K9 Stryker hard at Work
Great Job to K9 Stryker and his partner from the Solon Police Department. The team responded to assist several other
units on traffic stops. K9 Stryker was deployed to search the exterior of several vehicle?s for illegal narcotics. K9 Stryker
located narcotics and contraband in several vehicles. K9 Stryker and his partner responded to a violent domestic call and
upon arrival the team learned that the suspect had fled the area on foot. K9 Stryker was deployed on a track. K9 Stryker
tracked the suspect through several yards to a large business parking lot. K9 Stryker continued tracking across the
parking lot to a loading dock then to a wooded area behind the business. As the team entered the wooded area they
observed a foot print left by the suspect. The team tracked the suspect for several hundred feet and the suspect was
located and was taken into custody. Great Job!!! February 2011
K9 Recon Tracks Down Armed Robber
Great Job to K9 Recon and his partner from the S. Euclid Police Department. The team responded to a call of a
connivence store robbery involving three armed suspects that rushed inside assaulted the two clerks and fled in a vehicle.
The vehicle was quickly located and the suspects fled on foot in different directions. K9 Recon was deployed and tracked
one of the suspects through several residential yards and located the suspect attempting to hide in some bushes next to
a house. The suspect refused to show his hands or surrender and K9 Recon was again deployed into the bushes and the
suspect was apprehended and removed from his hiding place and then taken into custody. Great Job January

K9 Benny takes Suspect off his Feet
Great Job to K9 Benny and his partner from the Euclid Police Department. The team responded to assist another police
department that was involved in a high speed pursuit of an armed male that had robbed an elderly woman and then threw
her to the ground causing serious injuries to the victim. During the pursuit the suspects tires were flattened due to being
driven over stop sticks. Finally the suspect lost control and crashed. The suspect then attempted to flee on foot. K9 Benny
was deployed and apprehended the suspect who was then taken into custody. Great Job!!!! December 2010
K9 Tango Tracks Down Armed Robber
Great Job to K9 Tango and his partner from the Bainbridge Police Department. The team responded to an armed robbery
in progress call, upon arrival the suspect had fled. K9 Tango was deployed on a track, K9 Tango tracked the suspect to a
nearby residential home that had the front door kicked in. K9 Tango was then deployed on a building search. K9 Tango
located and apprehended the armed suspect who was hidden in a bedroom closet under a large pile of clothes. Great Job

K9 Rex catches the Christmas Grinch
Great Job to K9 Rex and his partner from the South Euclid Police Department. The team responded to a call of several
males attempting to break into a residence while the home owners were home. As one suspect was entering through an
exterior window officers had arrived on scene. The suspect immediately attempted to flee but due to the quick actions of
theses officers the suspected was located in a neighbors yard hiding under a tarp. The suspect again attempted to flee
but was apprehended by K9 Rex and taken into custody. A short time late two other suspects were located. Great

Great Job to K9 Recon and his partner from the South Euclid Police Department. The team stopped a vehicle for a routine
traffic violation. K9 Recon was deployed and searched the exterior of the vehicle for illegal narcotics. K9 Recon gave a
positive indication and was deployed on the interior of the vehicle, the team located several ounces of narcotics in the
glove box and a suitcase full in the trunk. The team recovered over 16 pounds of illegal narcotics. Great Job keeping our

K9 Sully Keeping the Neighborhood Safe
Great Job to K9 Sully and his partner from the Lyndhurst Police Department. The team stopped a vehicle for a routine
traffic violation, K9 Sully was deployed and searched the exterior of the vehicle for illegal narcotics. K9 Sully alerted and
discovered narcotics packaged for sale, several hundred dollars, several scales and a loaded handgun. Later this same
night K9 Sully did it again after searching a second vehicle and giving a positive alert the team discovered contraband and

school last week. The team responded to assist other officers on a traffic stop. K9 Cero was deployed and searched the
exterior of the vehicle for the presence of illegal narcotics. K9 Cero alerted and was then deployed inside the vehicle, K9

on a traffic stop, the handler noticed that the driver was nervous and acting strange so he deployed K9 Max on an exterior
vehicle narcotics Search. K9 Max gave a positive indication under the rear bumper and trunk area. Inside the trunk was a
large garbage bag containing over a pound of illegal narcotics and US Currency. Way to Go Great Job!!! September 2010

K9 Vegas Tracks Down Suicidal Juvenile
Congratulations to K9 Vegas and his partner from the North Huntingdon Police Department PA. The team responded to a
call that had occurred four hours earlier of a domestic fight involving a juvenile male who severely assaulted a family
member. The male then fled from the home into a large wooded area telling people that he was going to kill himself when
the male had not returned for four hours the police were contacted. K9 Vegas was deployed on a track that proceeded
across several yards and into the woods. K9 Vegas tracked for approx. 1 hour and located the juvenile male who was
laying down in some brush. The male was very upset and attempting to commit suicide. The male was taken into custody
for treatment. Great Job!!!!!! September 2010
Can't Hide from Recon
Congratulations to K9 Recon and his partner from the South Euclid Police. The team responded to a burglary call in a
residence. Recon was deployed on a building search and located a small trap door in the floor of a first floor bedroom.
The trap door was covered by a large carpet rug, upon opening the small door the suspect was discovered and taken into

vehicle and K9 Chino was deployed on an exterior vehicle Narcotics Search. K9 Chino gave a positive indication and

K9 Achill Keeping Guns away from Children
Congratulations to K9 Achill and his partner from the Strongsville Police Department. The team responded to a heavily
wooded park reference a male that attempted suicide by shooting himself in the head. The male was not successful and
only injured himself, but had dropped the loaded handgun in the woods and wondered out for help. K9 Achill was deployed
on a back track through the woods. K9 Achill tracked several hundred yards and located the loaded handgun. Great Job!!!

a traffic stop. Upon arrival K9 Max was deployed on a narcotics exterior vehicle search. K9 Max gave a positive indication
and then searched the interior of the vehicle, K9 Max again gave a positive indication on a bag of dirty laundry. As officers
looked inside the bag they discovered 3 1/4 pounds of illegal narcotics. Great Job!!! August 2010
K9 Tango interrupts Crime Spree
Congratulations to K9 Tango and his partner from the Bainbridge Township Police Department. The team responded to a
call in the late night hours of a Burglary in-progress, the home owner was barricaded in the upstairs bedroom. Upon
arrival the officer observed a broken out window and deployed K9 Tango on a building search. The entire home was
searched and it was discovered that the suspect had fled in an unknown direction from the scene prior to the officers
arrival. K9 Tango was deployed on a track. K9 Tango tracked through several back yards and a large wooded area. The
team discovered a change of clothes, shoes, a bicycle and some latex gloves along the track. The team preceded on for
approx. 40 minutes in extremely hot and humid temperature following what was believed to be the suspect. K9 Tango
then stopped and barked and his partner then observed the suspect hiding on the ground under some bushes. The
suspect was then taken into custody. This suspect had a plan and took it seriously with a change of clothes, shoes and
even wearing latex gloves, however this suspect did not consider that the responding officers had a plan also that
included a veteran like K9 Tango and his partner that have trained countless hours and were prepared to deal with what
ever came their way. Great Job!!! August 2010

interdiction on the highway. K9 Storm was deployed and located over seven pounds of Cocaine inside a tractor trailer

The team responded to assist a neighboring department with a felony suspect that had fled from a vehicle. K9 Chino was
deployed and tracked the suspect for a half-mile through a heavily wooded area. It was suspected that the suspect was
hiding in a patch of brier bushes. K9 Chino was then deployed on an open area search and apprehended the suspect who

Police Department. The team responded to assist other officers with a felony suspect that had fled the scene of a violent
crime. K9 Recon was deployed on a track and followed the suspect through a residential neighborhood into a large ravine.
The suspect was located hiding under some brush. The suspect attempted to assault the handler and was apprehended

Department. K9 Jack was involved in Drug Interdiction and located $65,0010 in U.S. Currency. Last Month the team
responded to an armed robbery in the parking lot of a local high school. Upon arrival it was learned that two suspects with
guns had fled the scene on foot. K9 Jack was deployed on a track and located both of the suspects several blocks away.

Police Department. The team responded to assist another agency with a male suspect fleeing in a stolen vehicle. The
suspect then fled on foot and ran through a residential neighborhood. K9 Paddo was deployed on a track and followed the
suspect over several fences into an apartment complex. K9 Paddo ended at the rear door of the building and the suspect
was located inside the apartment hiding in the closet. Great Job January 2010

The team responded to a Robbery in Progress call at a Pizza
Shop. Upon arrival a vehicle was seen leaving and the team attempted to stop the vehicle, after a short chase two males
fled from the vehicle on foot running into a residential area. As K9 Rex was preparing to start a track two-assault type
rifles were found in the suspects vehicle. K9 Rex tracked one of the suspects through a community park and across
several back yards locating the suspect hiding within a child?s playground equipment. Great Job December 2009

indication that resulted in the discovery of three hundred pounds of marijuana and another indication that resulted in the

Great Job to K9 Tango and his partner from the Bainbridge Police Department.
The team responded late in the night to assist another officer who
was on a suspicious vehicle stop when two males fled on foot from a vehicle in a residential neighborhood. K9 Tango
started at the vehicle and tracked the suspect behind several houses to a large overgrown area. K9 Tango alerted to the
presence of the one of the suspects laying down hiding in the tall grass. K9 Tango then tracked the second suspect for
over a mile through residential yards and across several streets ending up at the front door of a residence. Almost
immediately the suspect exited the house giving up to the waiting officers. Great Job November 2009

K9 Repo and his partner responded to assist another officer with a
call of an armed suspect disturbing. Officers attempted to arrest the male who was assaulting officers and after other
less then lethal weapons failed to stop the suspect k9 Repo was deployed the suspect was then taken into custody. Great

The team responded to assist a neighboring department for a call of a Robbery / Murder. (victim shot and suspect fled)
Upon arrival a perimeter was set up and K9 Aro started to track the suspect from the scene. K9 Aro tracked down the
street and through several yards to the door of a home. Officers surrounded the home and upon searching found the
suspect inside. The suspect has been formally charged in this homicide. Great Job this is the second great track in the

a Track and located several suspects. K9 Beny then backtracked another suspect locating several weapons along the

While on foot patrol the team observed an armed male involved in
drug sales. As officers attempted to arrest the male he became violent and aggressive towards the officers. K9 Kubo was
deployed and apprehended the suspect, who was then taken into custody. A loaded handgun, narcotics and other
contraband were also recovered. September 2009

K9 Gunner responded to a call of two suspicious males in a
vehicle. Upon arrival the suspects exited the vehicle locking the doors. K9 Gunner scanned the vehicle for narcotics and
alerted. The suspects were identified and the vehicle was later searched reveling over a pound of Marijuana hidden inside.

moths ago and today they responded to assist the State Police with a suspect that fled from a vehicle. The suspect was
wanted on several outstanding warrants and new charges. K9 Vegas tracked the suspect from the vehicle for over four
miles across several farms and residential communities. K9 Vegas alerted to the presence of the suspect who was
hiding in some woods behind a residential home. The suspect attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended by K9
Vegas, the suspect was taken into custody. Several hours later K9 Vegas was called upon again to assist other officers
with a suspect who was shooting at them. The suspect then fled into a neighborhood. K9 Vegas tracked the suspect for
approx one hour and then located the suspect who was taken into custody. Way to Go!!!! August 2009
Great Job to K9 Max and his partner from the Euclid Police
Department
they responded for a Pizza Delivery person robbed at gunpoint by
three males, money, wallet and several pizzas taken. The three males fled the scene. K9 Max and other officers
responded Max tracked down the street, turned onto a cross street and tracked half way down the street ending at front
door of a residential house. A Search Warrant obtained and SWAT was called in and all three males were found hiding
inside the house. All property taken during the robbery was recovered as well as weapons, drugs and other contraband.
